How we work
We consult with you and where required, your users / tenants to determine the level of risk to the infrastructure and its components. Having agreed on the most appropriate solution, we produce the designs and work with trusted partners to install, configure and test your protection solution, also providing user training to ensure maximum effectiveness. Components are located and cabling routed unobtrusively to minimise business-as-usual and be visually sympathetic to their surroundings.
Flexible monitoring
All solutions can be monitored either in-house by yourself or your tenant via an on premise-based system, or via our managed helpdesk using our SNMP-based platform, with an SLA tailored to your needs and level of risk.
Naturally, we always recommend, and can specify, secure, reliable backup and other data loss prevention solutions to protect data in the event of equipment damage, failure or theft.
