TCM designs, installs and maintains UPS (uninterruptible power supplies), PDUs (power distribution units) and rack-mounted fire detection and suppression to ensure business-as-usual, revenue, reputations and 24/7/365 peace of mind. We work with and integrate renowned brands such as APC, Socomec, Redetec and Domotz. The extinguishant deployed in our fire suppression systems is Inergen, a fast, clean mix of inert gases designed for use in normally occupied areas and worker-safe at the concentrations used in the system.

We consult with you and where required, your users / tenants to determine the level of risk to the infrastructure and its components. Having agreed on the most appropriate solution, we produce the designs and work with trusted partners to install, configure and test your protection solution, also providing user training to ensure maximum effectiveness. Components are located and cabling routed unobtrusively to minimise business-as-usual and be visually sympathetic to their surroundings.

All solutions can be monitored either in-house by yourself or your tenant via an on premise-based system, or via our managed helpdesk using our SNMP-based platform, with an SLA tailored to your needs and level of risk.
