The design and scoping phase begins with gaining an understanding of your business model, working practices and objectives to be clear on what demands will be placed on your servers and infrastructure over their lifetime. We also conduct a survey of the premises where the infrastructure will be located and an audit of existing IT assets and connections (if any) to determine their relevance in the new or updated network. The latter can include recommendations on secure, compliant disposal of redundant assets.

When our proposals have been discussed and agreed, we specify, source and supply all the necessary components, cabling (including industrial ethernet) and labour, passing on to our customer the benefit of competitive pricing and negotiated discounts. We are strictly vendor-agnostic, with supplier selection based on suitability for the application, assurance of ongoing support provision and value for money.

Our network and infrastructure services do not stop at handover, however, as we also provide a range of managed maintenance contracts covering routine maintenance, equipment and network fault resolution and user support, all with defined SLAs. Of course, you do have the option to take over this work yourself or use a third-party support vendor.

We also provide network and infrastructure technology upgrades and extensions to align with your or your customers’ evolving needs, regardless of whether we have delivered the original solution.
